Co Nam

I love food, and everything that goes into preparing a meal to be shared with family, relatives, and friends. Enjoying a meal with a glass of wine brings back those dearest memories of my childhood spent moving and traveling through Vietnam, Laos & Thailand.

Co Nam, brings comfort Vietnamese food and the occasional twists to a set that are the bits and pieces of my childhood memories. Ca Kho T? (Caramelized Basa Fish Clay-pot), and Th?t Kho (Braised Pork Belly) are a couple of dishes that I often cook with my mother over an open hearth; but in retrospect, I enjoyed eating a lot more.
