Petite Syrah's ever changing menu showcases seasonal Wine Country Cuisine. Chef Josh Silvers and Chef de Cuisine Ben Davies find their inspiration from Sonoma County's incredible selection of artisan producers and the vast array of fresh, organic produce available in California. An active Slow Food member, Josh consistently focuses on organic and sustainably farmed fruits and vegetables, calling Sonoma County a "Chef's playground". Josh's goal, he says, is to create deeply flavored soul-satisfying comfort food and take it to a higher level of sophistication. The restaurant offers traditional style dining, as well as both a 7-course and 9-Course tasting menu, created uniquely and "at the Chef's whim" for the table. A changing prix fixe menu is also available. The wine list offers over 200 selections (the majority being local) with approximately 25 offered by the glass.
