Hyatt Lost Pines - Firewheel Cafe

Firewheel Cafe is the resort's main dining room, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. It is named after the annual perennials that produce a vibrant, daisy-like flower found in central Texas. At breakfast we feature Hyatt's signature breakfast menu with regional specialties. For Lunch and dinner. Firewheel fires up the mesquite-burning pizza oven and offer creative pizzas, along with Chef Cooper's famous Barbeque, Fried Chicken, Texas-sized Burgers and a Texas twist on Salmon.
