One of Utah's most popular restaurants, Blind Dog serves comfortable American cuisine from Chef Penn Kinsey in a casual yet elegant setting. Blind Dog's fantastic staff will warmly welcome you and delight you with an extraordinary selection of jet fresh fish, dry aged steaks, sushi and the ever famous mac and cheese. Reservations are accepted in the Dining Rooms. In the more laid back Bar and Sushi Bar area, the a la carte menus are offered as well with better access to the televised games. Reservations are not accepted in the Bar areas, as it is "first come, first served.
