Chambers Kitchen

Chambers Kitchen is an energetic, new restaurant located within The Chambers, the first luxury-art hotel to hit Minneapolis. Chambers Kitchen is headed by world-renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a master in Asian fusion. The David Rockwell designed Chambers Kitchen occupies two levels, offering two different ambiances for dining. There is a luminous upstairs bar & lounge located on the main-level, and a "seductively lit lower-level dining room," according to the Star Tribune. Chambers Minneapolis also offers the sexy Red, White, & Blue bar on the fifth floor of the hotel. Open Thurs-Sat from 7pm-close, RWFB offers a tapas style menu and a full bar. If the weather is nice - the courtyard is the place you'll want to be. Weather permitting, the courtyard is available 5pm-close everyday for a limited menu and drinks.
