Cajun Pacific prepares authentic Cajun dishes and California cuisine with Cajun & Creole influences. The menu changes weekly so it relies heavily on local and seasonal ingredients. The space is small, with an open kitchen: every dish is put together with personal care by Chef Charles Maddox.
