Cesare, (pronounced CHEZ-ah-ray)is a Barbaresco producer from the Piedmont region of Italy, and a friend of the owners. He makes traditional and elegant wines, but is a silly and playful character. He serves as a role model for enjoying sophisticated food and wine while not taking oneself too seriously.
