Lido Restaurant and Bar offers breathtaking views of the glittering Pacific Ocean. Featuring coastal wine country cuisine, Lido showcases a bounty of local and organic ingredients prepared with world-class culinary style. An extensive wine list features vintners - some heralded, others awaiting discovery - of California's Central Coast appellations. The menu, designed to be paired with wines, will change quarterly with the arrival of each solstice and equinox. Under the direction of Executive Chef Evan Treadwell, Lido serves meals throughout the day, seven days a week. The notion of appetizer versus entree has disappeared: all selections are available in two sizes, allowing guests to create their own tastings or stick with traditional courses.
