Interim Restaurant and Bar opened January 23, 2007 on Sanderlin at Mendenhall. The owners spared no expense in equipping the restaurant with a luxurious kitchen that's nothing short of state of the art. From Interim's comfortable dining room, you'll have a clear view into all the kitchen's culinary activities. You will experience all of Chef Kramer's savory aromas spilling out into the dining room tempting your palate. Interim's appetizers feature Oysters on the Half shell and Macaroni and Cheese Casserole with County Ham and Herb Parmesan Crust. Entrees include such selections as a Grilled Beef Tenderloin with mushroom risotto, haricot verts, crispy shallots and red wine jus, also Sea Scallops with corn & lima bean succotash, crispy pancetta and basil pistou.
