At Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, our menu features the finest seafood with a focus on delicacies from the oceans around Hawaii. Each creation is a fusion of flavors found in our freshest local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices and served with the spirit of Aloha, creating a dining experience that leaves you feeling like you've found paradise. The Sarasota restaurant is located at the corner of Siesta Drive & Tamiami Trail, just minutes from downtown and features Roy's signature exhibition kitchen and chef's counter in addition to an intimate dining room and bar area. Chef Justin Fields brings his imagination and artistry to the plate every night. He trained at Johnson & Wales Culinary School and honed his skills at Roy's locations in Maui, Atlanta, and Naples before coming to Sarasota.
