Malcolm's at The Omphoy offers diners sweeping views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in a casually refined setting. The cuisine at Malcolm's reflects Executive Chef Michael Wurster's amazing attention to detail that he brings to Malcolm's from New York City. Chef Wurster joined the Omphoy to create Malcolm's in 2012 with a background in some of the worlds best restaurants from Le Cirque 2000 to The French Laundry, Alain Ducasse and as Chef de Cuisine at both Lutece and 11 Madison Park. Diners can choose from our a' la carte menu,The Daily Classics Menu or from the chefs two tasting menus, All Vegetarian Tasting or the Chefs progressive 7 course tasting.
