Our ambiance is perfect for social events, dates, meetings and celebrations and is rivaled only by our chef inspired, seasonal cuisine and handcrafted cocktails. Every bite of our sushi is sustainable, flown in fresh and shaped into creative crudos, delicate sashimi and rolls not found anywhere else. Iffy about sushi and sashimi? Not a problem! Our small plates, noodles and entrees are Pan Asian inspired with an Americana twist. Each dish is served piping hot and plated to share; think Asian Tapas! Here are a few dishes to whet your appetite: a 19 ingredient Singapore Slaw served with a salted plum dressing, escolar crudo with pickled jalapeno and jicama, fried rice with cilantro and pineapple or a Five Spice souffle with salted ice cream.
