The Heathman Restaurant

The Heathman Restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Portland and in the midst of the city's theatre district.



Executive Chef Michael Stanton uses the very best in seafood, steaks, game, and more: from line caught salmon to organically raised lamb - .from heirloom tomatoes to the best berries and fruit available in the Willamette Valley. The Heathman Restaurant takes advantage of local bay shrimp and Oregon razor clams when they are at the peak of season, they use mushrooms unearthed and brought to the kitchen early each morning. The menu aspires to be a constant expression of the vast diversity of ingredients that Oregon has to offer.





The extensive and award winning wine list showcases the best of the Willamette Valley, Southern Oregon, Washington and the rest of the Pacific North West, as well as some of the best wines of Burgundy, Bordeaux, and all the classic New and Old World wine regions.
