The Quarry Restaurant is a fine-dining establishment aimed at providing exquisite service & exceptional food & spirits. The Menu is American contemporary with an emphasis on quality, freshness & product. The Quarry Restaurant will be offering a variety of dishes from scratch. A multitude of beef cuts fabricated in house by our chef daily, the freshest fish flown in from around the country. Chicken, pork, pasta & salads all derived from local purveyors, all done by our renowned chef. The Quarry is fine dining in a cozy atmosphere. Warm colors & relaxing music accent the dining rooms, while the bar features plasma TVs & an upbeat agenda. The outdoor dining is situated in front of a stage, which features a variety of musical talent. Music varies from light jazz & blues to contemporary, Fridays from 8:00pm until 11:00 pm.
