Trader Vic's is a Polynesian theme restaurant with exotic drink flavors served from the Mai Tai Lounge. The cuisine features fantastic fare from Singapore, Samoa, Shanghai & points west. Reflecting cuisines from around the world, Trader Vic's offers continental dishes, smoked-oven-roasted specialty meats & fish in the "Roti" tradition (never exposed to open flame) from Chinese wood-fired ovens plus classic wok presentations.
