To celebrate its fifth anniversary in May 2007, proprietors David and Kathleen Fink completely remodeled the interior of Bouchee Bistro as well as Bouchee Wine Merchants, its adjacent fine wine shop. Jesse Kloskey is the Chef de Cuisine of the restaurant. Kloskey worked under Tim Mosblech at L'Auberge Carmel. The menu offers select classic bistro dishes done in a modern way and with the regional influences of the Monterey coast. It's a style of food that was originally rooted in the farm villages and small towns of France, but is now equally part of cuisine in cosmopolitan settings. Bouchee Bistro and Wine Bar also features wines by the glass and a full wine list.
