Vito's is family-owned and operated and going on its fourth year! The menu items are all from family recipes from an unbelievably large Italian family! House specialties like Chicken Spedini..boneless chicken breast cut into strips tossed in Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, garlic & parmesan, and grilled over charcoal and topped with amogio (extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parmesan, fresh basil and fresh squeezed lemon), Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, & Seafood like Shrimp Scampi and Cioppino with Fresh Seafood, Homemade Lasagna with meat sauce(homemade); Cathy makes it herself! And of course, pasta dishes with Cathy's Sugo..homemade red sauce! The Veal or Chicken Scaloppine are awesome! These are just a few of the many choices. Fresh bread is also made everyday and served with an olive oil, garlic and parmesan dipping sauce! Soups are made fresh daily! How about some homemade Tiramisu for dessert or Spumoni Ice Cream.
