The Pink Adobe Restaurant and Dragon Room Bar is located at 406 Old Santa Fe Trail next to the State Capitol in the heart of historic Santa Fe. This authentic adobe restaurant features is famous for out 14 oz Steak Dunigan served with Green Chile and sauteed Mushrooms. The Dragon Bar is open 7 days a week and serves great food from 12 - 9:30 daily. We have three different private dining areas for all of your business or special occasion needs.
