Chef Mario Battalion & winemaker Joe Bastianich are again bringing their magic to Las Vegas with the opening of our first Steakhouse at the new Palazzo Resort; CarneVino! Combining the two elements we feature: dry & wet aged super prime "BBL" brand American beef, each cut with one of our signature rubs insuring full flavor & a rustic char, & our first-ever international wine list, that while expressing our love for Italy, nods to the entire world's noble winemaking regions as well.
The palatial rooms echo the feel of a classic Italian villa. Tables overflow with our inspired modern Italian cuisine alongside the traditional steakhouse classics. Handcut Piemontese Steak Tartare. Pappardelle with 'Porcini Trifolati.' Artisinal Italian cheese. House cured 'salumi.' Add to that exceptional pork, lamb, fowl, seafood, & close to a dozen seasonal vegetable 'contorni' & the result is a meal that transcends established steakhouse conventions & far exceeds carnivorous expectations!
