Eaton Steakhouse is Wichita Premier Fine Dining restaurant located in Wichita historic landmark, the former Eaton Hotel, built in 1887. Eaton Steakhouse offers formal white gloves service at our Afternoon Tea Service and dinner. Serving 28 days well-aged Premium Black Angus, kobe and wakyu beef, daily fresh flow-in Maine and Australia lobsters, P.C.I. oysters and Florida Stone Crab Crawls, an in-house full bakery, making and baking our in-house desserts and breads.
