Joining Coyote Cafe as Executive Chef/Owner is world renowned chef Eric Distefano (formerly of Geronimo) Chef DiStefano brings with him his contemporary global style of cooking that has French Asian influences accompanied with Coyote Cafe's known Southwestern Style. Must-have dishes include Griddled Buttermilk Corn Cakes with Chipotle Prawns and the legendary grilled 24 ounce "Cowboy Cut" Dry Aged Rib eye.
