6ix Park Grill

A warm, light-filled space, complete with an arced wall of floor to ceiling windows in the main dining room and a central circular bar and lounge area. The restaurant opens onto the outdoor terrace and fire lit lounge area, perfect for year -round dining in the lovely orange county weather. The elegant private dinning room includes a separate butler's pantry for discreet service, and the warm, wood walls are lined with the vintages from around the world. While 6ix Park Grill is located within Hyatt Regency Irvine, it boasts a private entrance and complimentary valet service. 6ix Park Grill Features contemporary Californian Cuisine utilizing fresh seasonal ingredients. Our food Wood-fire grill is prominent in many of our dishes, including our signature grilled Caesar salad and the 6ix Park Grill Trio-a seasonal display of three grilled meats and seafood. A lavish breakfast buffet is served from 6:00am to 11:00am (Saturday &Sunday until 12:00 pm.
