Melange Restaurant

Contemporary California French fusion of food and wine in a setting of comfortable elegance. Melange, meaning a mixture of ideas and/or things, combines the concept of World Fusion cuisine with an exciting wine program. We offer wines by the bottle, glass, small taste and various wine flights. The dining experience is made complete by a comfortable ambiance with friendly, knowledgeable staff that encourages and assists in the exploration of food, wine and living well. Local chef David Frappiea and restaurateur Craig Ling have joined together to offer Pacific Grove and the Monterey Peninsula an intimate dining experience. Melange was created out of our desire to share our passion of exploring the world through food and wine.
