Purple Palm Restaurant

Above all else, the food at the Purple Palm is beyond anything the Coachella Valley has ever experienced. Internationally recognized chef James Corwell has assembled a kitchen staff of 45 persons recruited from throughout the United States. The result is food worthy of Michelin Stars. The menu is Mediterranean inspired using Corwell's classic French cooking techniques. Situated in the magnificent courtyard of the newly reopened Colony Palms Hotel, the restaurant design evokes the glamour of the 1930's and 40's when the Colony Palms was 'the' place to be seen in Palm Springs.
