Chez Betty is located in the Copper Bottom Inn just off Park Avenue in historic Park City, Utah. Open since 1991 it features a warm and unique ambiance, award-winning service, and quality cuisine featuring Chef Jerry Garcia's renowned culinary expertise. The seasonal menu has been described as "American" and "lighter than French" featuring dishes such as Sauteed French Burgundy Escargot in Puff Pastry with Garlic, Tomatoes, Red Peppers, and Country Ham, and Entrees of Grilled Beef Tenderloin on a Crispy Potato Pancake with Sauteed Spinach, Smoked Onion Demi-Glace and topped with Haystack Onions.
