The owners of Brusketa believe that the glory of Italian cooking is fresh ingredients, served at their peak and handled in a way that enhances their personalities. For this reason, the culinary team will oftentimes have a seasonal menu which consists of a variety of signature dishes and creative desserts. Staples such as the famous Brusketa pizza, the Risotto Funghi, the Lasagna Bolognese and Brusketa's other delicious Italian creations are always featured on the menu. Brusketa is located in San Antonio's beautiful Stone Oak area and features a custom-built, wood burning oven for pizzas and focaccia. Guests can either sit in Brusketa's comfortable modern-rustic dining room or at the long communal bar that invites diners to enjoy a warm plate, a glass of wine and each other's company.
