Canopy is a full service restaurant and bar opened by Claire Smith and Russell Murrell, of Shade restaurant in the Heights. Similar to Shade, Canopy aims for a neighborhood feel for local “regulars” as well as a great choice for destination diners. Menu highlights fresh, seasonal and healthy fare from the casual to the sophisticated. The wine list is thoughtfully crafted and value driven and in-house production of artisan breads, pastries and bakery offerings are also available.
