Tookie's Restaurant in Seabrook has now re-opened. It was ravaged by Hurricane Ike and the old owner decided he wanted to retire. It was sold to Barry Terrell who also owns T-Bone Toms in Kemah. Tookie's original recipes, trade secrets etc. were included in the purchase price. The reviews on Facebook about the Hamburgers, Onion Rings, and flavored Coke products have been outstanding.
