Big Horn BBQ

MY REVIEW: Was impressed. Ribs were tender with a bit of a sweet taste. Excellent choices for side dishes. More than most BBQ places. Will go back sometime. I really enjoyed it.

MY REVIEW: I've only visted once. I live in pearland so there are very few bbq places to dine at. I got the ribs and my husband had the spicy sausage. Both were delish!!! I'm hard to please with bbq sauce. I tend to lean more towards the spicy/tangy/sweet flavor, not just plain sweet bbq sauce which is what you find now adays. The sauce here is sweet with a kick. Enough for me to allow them to pour it on my food instead of screeamin "dry." I will be back for more!!!

MY REVIEW: After the long wait for this place to open, we finally got the chance to give it a try. We were pleased with dinner as well as the decor of the inside. The night we went, there was live entertainment singing country western. There is a nice put pricey gift store, kinda like being at C*racker Barrel but only serving BBQ. I was sorry they didn't offer steaks on their menu. Will return although the BBQ choices in this area are getting very thick.

MY REVIEW: Me and hubby decided to stop on the way home and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. I had the rib plate and he had the brisket. The meat was really good. The only complaint for me was the cole slaw was a bit soggy and tasteless. The BBQ sauce was better than I expected. I had them put it on the side so I could taste the ribs and I’m glad because the ribs were tender with some sort of brown sugar coating or marinate on them and they didn’t really need it. The charro beans were good and their bread is really good. Try it you’ll like it.
