Lucky Noodle House

MY REVIEW: Not really sure how to rank this place. First, the service is non-existent. I received my food before my water. Took 20 minutes to order lunch. The water tastes like it came from the bayou behind the place, even with 3 lemons! I was expecting a noodle house, but it was more chinese cuisine. I ordered the mongolian beef. The beef was fatty and chewy. I don't think it was cooked fully. Now here is the tough part. The flavor was incredible. It was cooked with red onion. If you can handle bad service, don't order the water, try it with chicken. . . you might be okay here.
