MY REVIEW: The customer service here is horrible. I repeated my order several times & they still got it wrong. The manager, Danielle, was very rude when I explained to her the order was wrong. I asked if there was a number I can call to complaint & she stated "no". I am very shocked there is no way to complain about this restaurant.

MY REVIEW: I love their fried rice. Egg rolls are good, as well. At this location, the staff has always been appropriate and courteous. Timmy Chan's is my one guilty pleasure, and has become my family's, as well. When I am in the area, I am bombarded with requests for fried rice, low mein, and egg rolls.

Good food, not heart healthy, great prices, and fast service. At here, they're all takeout. Yes, there's seating but it's packaged to go.

Shouldn't have started talking about this, now I have to visit today.

MY REVIEW: I'm really surprised that there are no reviews for Timmy Chan's given their multiple locations. Especially given the quality of their food lately. I used to frequent the Bissonnet location but on my last visit. I went through the drive thru 2 additional times before they got my order right. I went to the location on Scott St., ordered the moo goo gai pan. (aagin drive thru) The cashier took my order and I was in line for ten minutes before I got to window and was told they didn't sell it there. Today I tried the location near West Oaks Mall on hwy-6. Ordered the moo goo gai pan. got home and it was HORRIBLE! The vegetables were undercooked as well as the rice! Hard stir fried rice! My friend came over and she's a chinese takeout fiend,worst food ever! She said she went to the location on Hwy-6 near Bellaire and they got her order wrong. She ordered a vegetable plate and she got a combination plate. She brought up the mistake and the cashier got a funky attitude like they can do no wrong. Only had a few minutes left for lunch so she left.Regardless of the location you just get pittiful, disheartening service with a side of lousy food. I know they're known for "cheap eats", but regardless, serve it up right or don"t serve it at all. I wouldn't go back if you told me their food cured baldness, cancer, and everything in between.
