MY REVIEW: The first time we tried BBQ Chop we were hooked! Hands down, our favorite place BBQ! It's family owned and operated, and the owners are down to earth, good people. Because of the great food and friendly service, we are regular customers. The flavor of their brisket is incredible! Fresh and juicy, not dry, and just the right amount of smoky flavor. Their peach cobbler is the best around too. Whenever we bring brisket to a party, it's a huge hit and there's nothing left to take home. We love this place! If you want to try to the BEST BBQ in Texas, try BBQ Chop! You can dine in, take out, or have them cater your next party or event. You won't be disappointed!
