MY REVIEW: I love this place! It is just amazing, one meal is enough to share! The genrel tso is a fav in my house! Short wait time! Great service such a sweet family as my brother says they like to make your family happy!

MY REVIEW: I love this place. It's not the nicest looking inside but their food is amazing. The employees are very nice and friendly. We go there for lunch once a week when we are doing laundry next door and I've never had anything to complain about

MY REVIEW: Anyways, all human makes mistakes! Excellent food and service！I love their black pepper beef, general tso chicken and the cheese puffs are to die for. Keep up with the good work Happy Family!!! We love you guys!

MY REVIEW: I ordered my usual for delivery. The delivery guy took the entire change and took his tip. The order was wrong and he was late the day before. The next day I decided to pick up the order. I told the girl there "NO PEANUTS" because of allergies. Arrived home and the order had peanuts, my wife's food was uncooked. I called the girl there. Said "oh you wanted no peanuts". Its all over my file. She said she would give me credit. I went today and I told the other girl there about the store credit. She told me the girl only put no peanuts and nothing about a credit or free personal meal. The older girl ignored me in front of the other customers. Told me to go back when the other girl work there. If you want to waste your money and get sick go here. If you want something better go to Bellaire .

MY REVIEW: This restaurant may be small and simple but the food is wonderful! This was my first visit and the lady at the counter was very helpful in helping me choose a combo dinner (the best deal for me). The Chef was also very friendly and it's nice to find food that's cooked to order not sitting in a steam table! This place is a real find and I plan to be a regular!

MY REVIEW: I get take out regularly from Happy Family. I call ahead and they promise to have ready in 15 minutes. My order has never failed to be ready. The food is fresh and delicious - the staff is very cheerful and accomodating and aim to please. Every selection I have chosen is good, and the appetizers are always freshly done - the egg rolls are fresh and crispy and my very favorite dish is the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice and egg roll - I always get a small wonton soup to go with it. DELICIOUS!! The prices are good and this is one of my favorite take out places.

MY REVIEW: Wonderful family run business. Brother and sister team, and family members cooking. They remember you and what you always order. Very sweet. Food is always so fresh and delivious, hot off the wok. Very good quality ingredients. We always order the Kung Pao Chicken and Kung Pao Shrimp, with fried rice and wonton soup. The brother delivers sometimes and is delighted to see you open the door because he remembers. Best place around 290 and Jones Road area

MY REVIEW: The lady who answers the phone is so nice and make you feel comfortable with the restaurant. The food is fresh and mouth watering. I hated broccili for a long time but when i ate theirs with the fried rice and generals chicken it blew my mind. I guarantee you will be satisfied. 5 STARS!!!!! NO 6 STARS!!! NO INFINIETY STARS!!!

MY REVIEW: Ordered out once and dined in another time. Both times the food was fresh and delicious. Just the right amount of spice in their meals. Dine in I had Mongolian beef with lo mein noodles. Amazing. Ordered out was several meals for the family and all was good. Even as leftovers the food proved its worth.

If you live in the northwest 290 corridor this place is the best and freshest Chinese food around. The service is phenomenal and the lady who works the front is incredibly sweet and genuine in her comments. She will remember you after the second visit. Enjoy!

MY REVIEW: i always order for delivery and they are really fast, their food is excellent and so much to choose from, my fave is Sesame Chicken...the young lady who seems to always answer the phone is so sweet and very respectful , also when they deliver to my home, are always cordial. They know me by just answering the phone to place an order. I will continue to be a frequent customer and one day i plan on actually visiting the restaurant, thank you all so much Happy Family, from a very satisfied customer!

MY REVIEW: We had driven by many times but had never stopped until our favorite Chinese restaurant closed suddenly. Very plain decor and only four tables to sit at so I was not expecting much but the food was amazing. The General Tso's chicken was great and the crab puffs were outstanding. Will certainly continue going or having it delivered.
