MY REVIEW: Great Chinese food. The lunch Salmon with creamy Miso sauce was one of the best dishes I have had in a long time. It compares to dishes at T*ony's and M*ark's. And it was priced at only $14.95. It came with the tastiest diced tomatoes and an excellent sauteed spinach. Wife's chicken with veggies was very tasty and real tender. I will go back. Hopefully this weekend for dinner. I have been to all of the nicer Chinese places in town, and this one is tops.

MY REVIEW: Great ambience. The food is delicious. I usually go to this restaurant from downtown with co-workers. Everyone has been happy with what they have ordered so far. My co-workers usually order the General Tso chicken. They like it because it is made with white meat. I like the shriimp and scallops.

MY REVIEW: Beautiful decor and superb service. We love everything we have ever ordered here. The meals are well prepared and presented. One of the few restaurants in Houston where you can have a meal and a conversation at the same time. The prices are reasonable given the ambiance and level of service.
The only drawback is the parking situation. Hard to find a open parking spot near the restaurant.

MY REVIEW: I love Chinese, it is my comfort food, and tonight we decided to give Cafe Ginger a try. Order was made for delivery and consisted of: 1 order of crab puffs, 1 order spicy dumplings, 1 order of pumpkin bisque, 1 dinner combo of sweet tangy chicken - which included another soup (we got egg drop), rice and two more crab puffs. The crab puffs were perfect, but did not actually seem to have crab, still the flavor was great and I'd rather have that than a ton of imitation crab. The spicy dumplings were delicious, not overly spicy. The pumpkin bisque was a bit thinner than expected but the flavor was good and the soup was GREAT once I added hot and spicy oil. Egg drop soup was one of the best either hubby or I have tried. The sweet and tangy chicken had tender chunks of chicken and perfectly cooked veggies. We enjoyed everything!
The people taking our order and delivering it were very polite and answered our questions regarding the menu. They said our order would be delivered in 45 minutes, it actually arrived in 15. All in all we loved Cafe Ginger and plan to make this our new delivery place.

MY REVIEW: For sheer upscale decor & ambiance there is not a more lovely Chinese restaurant in Houston. And the food presentation is just as lovely, as is the very professional service. We have been pleased with each meal we have eaten here, & look forward to returning each time. Even though the decor & service quality far exceeds much of their competition, their prices are no more than the vast majority of other Chinese spots. This is a definite winner.

MY REVIEW: Came back for dinner. Soup portions are more. The hot and sour soup was perfect! The fried seafood rolls were yummy and light. The side of eggplant and the shrimp with white sauce were both refreshing and light. Of course, we ordered the ginger tea again. Just a beautiful, lovely place for a date and the food is consistent and the waitstaff are very capable. Prices are great.

MY REVIEW: Really, a gorgeous restaurant, great for business or pleasure.
Waitstaff are friendly and efficient. Lunch meals are a bargain for brown rice, soup, eggroll, and main entree. The ginger tea is divine, very cute. I find that the sauces tend to be a little strong or salty, but overall a good experience.

MY REVIEW: I have eaten here one time and food was very good - better then the old place! Since then I have gotten it delivered a few times - both times, food was great, everything was correct and delivered sooner then they said! I heard they were part of Q*in Dynasty off Buffalo & Westpark - if so that place is excellent as well.

MY REVIEW: Decent food, a bit loud in that you could hear all the conversations around you, and staff seemed totally indifferent to my complaint.
