MY REVIEW: I live in the area and have been going by at least once a week . This place has been open for a few months . When I first walked in the place felt so cool with all the vibrante colors and the refreshing menu . The have over 30 flavors of ice cream , milk shakes , fruit coktails , nachos , corn in a cup , strawberries n cream , snow cones , paletas , their trademarked frutyhelado and huarachaso .

Their staff is very friendly and the place looks very clean unlike some other places we have been . On Sundays the parking lot gets pretty full . They have community events ever few months , the last one they had there was no parking so we had to park at the church and walk . This place is one of a kind and very unique . If you want a dessert or snack stop buy and try something on their menu .

MY REVIEW: I stopped at this place for a little refreshment on a brutally hot day recently. I sampled several flavors before settling on Nuez Y Cajeta, translated as Butter Pecan and Caramel. It wasn't as rich in butterfat or Pecans as H*ank's but very good.

They also have paletas, nachos, frito pie, elotes, raspas, cocktel de fruta and chicharron preparado.

Paleterias are popping up all over but I don't have one in my neighborhood yet; I don't know if this is part of a chain or one of a kind but I wouldn't mind having one a couple of blocks from me.
