MY REVIEW: Papa King Pizza is a hidden jewel in the Kingwood, TX area. There pizzas are delicious! It does not have the typical fast food pizza taste. My favorite pizza is the Chicken Alfredo. What I enjoy most about the pizza is the dine in experience. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. I would recommend anyone who enjoys great food to visit Papa King Pizza. They also offer fresh salads, stromboli's baked sandwiches, pastas, and deserts.

MY REVIEW: We decided to try the Greek food at this restaurant after reading all the good reviews. We were either there on a very bad day or people have no idea what good Greek food is supposed to taste like.
The gyros we ordered, beef and chicken looked like they going to be wonderful while we watched the fresh meat be cut off the hero-style rotisserie. It looked done perfectly on the outside, but tender and juicy inside. Alas, this was not the meat that we received in our sandwiches. What my husband got was a few thin slices of something that resembled and was tough as beef jerky, and mine was pressed and flat and sort of tasted like chicken, but not really. It was like vegetarian bacon. We were both horrified and wondered where the juicy tender meat that should have been in our sandwiches had gone. And we think it is deceitful that this is the meat that is displayed and we were given leftover stuff from the day before or worse.
The tabouli was more like coleslaw, very wet and soggy, which is not how tabouli should be. It had obviously sat for a very long time and was not fresh. My husband has and I have traveled extensively and have had Greek food all over the world. This was nothing like it should have been.
The spinach and artichoke rolls were a bit better, but I think the dough on the outside was the stuff you can buy at Kroger in a can. If it wasn't, it tasted like it. Perhaps this place shines for its pizza and pasta dishes. I cannot say because we did not try those, but for Greek food, it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
The gentleman was kind and considerate, and my salad was fresh. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything else complimentary about our meal there today, and my husband was angry that we had been served meat that we really could not identify.

MY REVIEW: So Kingwood doesn't have a lot of restaurants that stand out, but this one definitely does! My favorite item on the menu (and the first thing I tried) is the artichoke-spinach rolls! These rolls are fabulous! I tell everyone that they have to go to Papa King's just to try them! I have also had the chicken, spinach, artichoke pizza, the Aegean and pepperoni pizza. I've had a few different sandwiches and a gyro. They are all wonderful and fresh! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about Papa Kings and I recommend it to EVERYONE!

MY REVIEW: This is now our favorite pizza,it costs more, but definitely worth every penny. My favorite is a thin crust Mediteranian pizza(gyro style with lamb), my kids love the alfredo and the meat lovers style with the regular crust. We have had just about everything on the menu and I think it would be very difficult to find something we didn't love. Hope you love it as much as we do.

MY REVIEW: Papa Kings is amazing. I think it would be impossible to get something there that doesn't taste great. Even our picky kids like everything they've had there. The Tabuli is the best I've ever had and it compiments any of their dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like you're part of the family. We've mostly tried the specialty pizzas and gyros and all have been wonderful with several of the desserts included. We highly recommend trying this place. It truely is a hidden gem in Kingwood.

MY REVIEW: If you like N*iko N*iko's gyros and you live in Kingwood save your self a trip into town and hit the Pappa King. One word WOW. We also ordered stromboli and it was equally as good and big enough for King Kong to eat. All vegetables were fresh and delicious. Will definately be a fixture on the wall at this place.

MY REVIEW: A wonderful place for a really good pizza. A very attentive staff makes a visit to this pizza joint a nice experience. The first time I was there, I asked for suggestions, I was directed to try the chicken spinace and artichoke pizza. It was fantastic. There is something about the crust that really stands out as it does not overpower the pizza and is crisp. I look forward to my next visit.

MY REVIEW: Papa King is the Master, we’re happy it’s in town.
It’s where we go for GREAT FOOD, we hope it sticks around!
The gyro’s are to die for, the cheese steaks are the best.
We’re slowly eating our way down and trying all the rest!
Have you tried the pizzas? They’re gourmet all the way.
They’ll make you any kind you want, a different one each day!
Their quantities are plentiful, the food is always fresh.
The tabuli goes with everything and always seems to mesh!
We eat at Bijan’s counter, we like the atmosphere.
We like to talk to our new friend, who spreads his café cheer!
He runs new items by us, we tell him what we think.
They always taste delicious, Hey, don’t forget a drink!
Bijan gives us updates, on how the business runs.
His stories are so interesting, our visits are such fun!
So let’s support his business, each one please do YOUR part.
To keep Papa King in Kingwood, and close to all our hearts!
From your Kingwood friends,
Richard and Karen

MY REVIEW: Kingwood residents are lucky to have Papa King Pizza in town. We go every single week for lunch and are working our way down the menu. We have enjoyed every menu item that we have eaten so far. The owner could not be nicer and more accomodating to customers. The place is very clean and welcoming. The portions are big, the ingredients are all fresh and menu items are not made until you place your order. The Gyro's are absolutely fantastic (as is the tabuli)and so are the Philly Cheesesteak's, all the pizza's, stromboli's and every other menu item that we have tried. Whatever you wish to eat, the owner will create for you. This place is the best! p.s. - Try the "off menu" Gyro Stromboli. It is spectacular!!!!!!!

MY REVIEW: We stoped by to see an old friend just to say hello and congradulate him for opening Papa King. We dicided to have some pizza, Bijan, the manager suggested a "Sampler Pizza". This pizza dose not exist in the menu, but he just made for us, since my wife and I could not decide on different topping. We think we just had the "best pizza of our life", the service was great, and the place is very clean, I dicided to take the tour of the kitchen, I was very impressed by cleanliness of this restaurant. I suggest this restaurant to all of our friends and I know we will be back and I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody with discriminating tast. We are so glade to find out about Papa King Pizza to eat "healthy "and fresh pizza, the crust is transfat free and made with Olive Oil, and the ingrideient are fresh, the tast stay with you for days. I suggest, If you are lucky, just ask Bijan, when he is not that busy, he will make you a "sampler pizza",It is out of this world.
