Hubby and I decided to try this new restaurant. Wait staff was attentive; however, not very knowedgable of the ingredients in the dishes. This restaurant has both mexican and cuban dishes. We decided to try two of the favorite cuban dishes. Not having had cuban food before, we were very surprised at how dry the food was. We sent one dish back and substituted for another. Again very dry. The owner/manager was very nice. She explained that cuban dishes are on the dry side and don't use much seasoning. Not knowing cuban food, we couldn't say if this explanation was right or wrong. But either way, this cuban food was not our "cup of tea". Sad to say, we won't be going back.
