Pig ear is fresh, spicy, and good. Stir fried noodles saty style is great, kids loved it. Pork with bean curd is good too. First visit but will definitely be back and try other dishes. The grilled items looked good too. Service was really slow but they were apologetic even though still forgot our drinks! I think the kitchen staff is slow/short handed. The group came in 40 minutes after us must be owner's friends...the entire staff went to serve them...drinks were on their table in just a few minutes. Definitely won't go back ever! Looking around I saw many other restaurants in this strip center, but the "HAPPY HOUR" sign caught my eye. The place was in a class all by itself. It's Japanese cuisine, it's the same concept of a sushi place but you order grilled meats, veggies and fruits on skewers, you order per skewer, and all we had were delicious. Lamb, augus beef, mushrooms, corn, papaya and some fish,(lots of bones, but awesome). We also had boiled soybeans and seaweed salad. The Kirin Ichibans were ice cold and served with a fresh frozen pint glass each time...HEAVEN!! My girlfriend had a mango shake, they have sake drinks, green teas, man they need a website. Sitting in this place I would think I was in some place in Montrose or downtown , not on Bellaire right off Corporate!!This place is awesome and just minutes from my house and the service was perfect. Highly recommended, oh they have a party room upstairs for special events. I am really not an owner of this establishment, lol...was a great time.
