MY REVIEW: My husband and I have eaten here on many occasions and have found the chicken kababs and falafel to always be excellent! The food is cooked to order, in an open kitchen with a grill, has delicious flavors with several wonderful selections. Last night, we had the falafel appetizer platter, the tandoori chicken kabab platter and the reshmi chicken kabab platter - as always, I was blown away by the quality, the interesting melding of flavors and the freshness. I also had their yummy mango lassi and baklava. Their dining room is clean and pleasantly decorated, and a nice environment to enjoy the tasty food. And the prices are excellent and the quantity served is more than expected.

If you are interested in eating healthy food, well-prepared, and freshly made, at a good price, this is the place for you.

MY REVIEW: Oh my Godd... I love there food.. Specially the Lamb gyro and Reshmi Chicken.. These are the two favorite things I have them there.. the Staff is super friendly specially the little girl with scarf (sam), I think she is the owner. who is there over the weekends. She remembers my name and gives everybody the best services at all the time.. She sometimes offer discounts aswell if you are the first time customer and if you bring like a group with you. But Hiighly suggested.. Must go

MY REVIEW: I absolutely love this place. I have only had the Reshmi Chicken but it is to die for! The owner or whomever was working (I assume it was owner) is extremely nice. I had groupons for all but 1 trip & I will continue to go there. I would eat there weekly if it were closer to my job.

MY REVIEW: I have never eaten here and i will not ever eat here this resteraunt advertised that they would be open for buisness on christmas day and while i commend them for closing they should not have said that they were going to be open .Myself and some freinds made a trip their and found them closed with a sign saying they were closed for christmas eve and christmas day and we were greatly inconvenianced by the fact that they were not open!

MY REVIEW: I went here with a friend who frequents the place. The owner, who was working the cash register, remembered my friend. He was super nice to us the entire visit, and even checked up on us a few times. The food was absolutely delicious, and not as expensive as a lot of Indian food I've eaten. And the baklava was amazing! The restaurant itself was clean, small, but not cramped. It was quaint. I'm already craving that food again, and I'll be back very soon! Absolutely NO complaints!

MY REVIEW: Meat was overcooked (past well done). My wife complained about that and was told that everyone likes it that way. Appetizers were store-bought frozen and way too greasy from the deep fryer. But it was three visits in one: first, last, and only.

MY REVIEW: MY REVIEW: I ate here for my birthday and had a great experience! The service was attentive, we received our food in a timely manner, and it tasted wonderful. I hadn't been here since last year and was surprised they changed their menu.

Everyone was happy after our meal even the one who usually doesn't like Indian food! The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant is very nice, the staff was very friendly and attentive.Try it! You won't be disappointed!

MY REVIEW: I was excited when I heard about a new kabab place opening up near where I work. I also wanted to try it out b/c I heard an HP employee owned it - I like supporting business owned by fellow HP employees. But here's the problem...

I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

There were 2 people working behind the counter - one cooking, one taking orders. They didn't know how to work the register real well, but I'll give them a pass since it's new. But then I had to wait about 25 minutes after ordering to get my gyro...and that was without the falafel I ordered. I had the all lamb gyro...and while the lamb was somewhat tasty, there was not near enough of it in the gyro. Which by the way was in a huge piece of pita bread. I would suggest cutting down on the amount of pita bread - get smaller ones. And seriously...who puts sliced pickles on a gyro???? It should be the meat of choice, lettuce, tomato, onions & yogurt sauce.

The group I was in all ordered at the same time (7 of us), and the food was brought out piecemeal. By the time I was finished (35 mins after arriving), some of the people I was with hadn't gotten their food yet. I was ready to go and hadn't gotten my falafel, so I went to ask for a refund *just* as they were pulling it out of the fryer. Just looking at it you can tell it's not homemade - it's pre-formed falafel disks that just looked unappetizing. The falafel didn't even come close to looking like what they had pictures of on their menu. And oh yeah...the hummus they served (I tried a friend's) was probably mass made and just pulled out of the fridge b/c it was very cold. Sadly it was the best (but not that good) thing I had there.

So I would recommend not going to this place. It was flat out terrible. Unless the owner makes changes I will for sure not go back.

MY REVIEW: Friendly staff. Very clean. Fresh food. I had the beef/lamb gyro. All was fresh but honestly I've had better tasting gyros from corner stores. I had high hopes for this place. I will go back because I love gyros and they are close to my job. At least theirs was kinda spicy but the meet was kinda dry and crumbed unlike the fajita style slices you may find elsewhere. I tasted more onions than meat flavor.

MY REVIEW: My boyfriend and I LOVE going here for dinner. We recently discovered the lunch buffet. We were going at least once a week, and it was amazing. However, we called today to see what would be offered, and they said they weren't doing it anymore! We were pretty bummed. :(

MY REVIEW: Good for light and healthy kababs. Somewhere between Mediterranean and South asian -- mildly spiced and non-greasy kebabs and rice/breads. Friendly service and clean premises.

MY REVIEW: Strong Points: The food is very good. The Reshmi Kabab and the chicken are excellent. Staff is very very friendly. But they do need more people escpecially for the dining area.

I eat kababs every week at different restaurants in Houston and can tell you that the Reshmi Kabab is the best at Kabab Kahani.

MY REVIEW: Great restaurant and great location off 249! The food is very fresh and is a nice fusion of not-too-spicy Indian/Persian with dishes such as kebabs, dosas, frosty mango shakes, and rice dishes. Reasonably priced and a new and very clean restaurant with excellent service. Will be going back again primarily because the quality is so good.
