Sprinkles Cupcakes

MY REVIEW: AMAZING CUPCAKES!! We drive there all the time from Katy, their banana cupcake are sooooo good!! The cupcakes are so moist. I have tried many cupcake places all around Houston and by far Sprinkles is the best! The location is small and at times would like a place to sit down and enjoy them but over all we love going there.

MY REVIEW: We love cupcakes and just had a chance to try Sprinkles. I wish their store were bigger with more parking; it's very tiny with no real place to sit, but the cupcakes were very good. Nice and moist with a good texture and great frosting. We had lemon, dark chocolate, peanut butter, and carrot cake. The carrot cake was our favorite. Wish the lemon cake had a little more flavor to it, but overall very nice. The chocolate and peanut butter were both very good and rich. Service was quick and friendly.

MY REVIEW: My family was excited to get a chance to visit such a hyped up place for dessert - all 5 of us were underwhelmed. We had a vanilla, dark chocolate, red velvet, black and white, and milk chocolate. Maybe since we got there close to closing they were a little dried out? In any case, I doubt we'll be back.

MY REVIEW: I was excited about trying out one of the best talked about cupcake stores in the country. I was greeted by friendly ladies waiting to take my order---I did order the chocolate marshmallow (tasted much like hostess cupcakes) and vanilla cupcakes which were too sweet and undercooked--I prefer C(raves cupcakes anytime!

MY REVIEW: My daughthers were very excited about this new place in town and they were talking about the fact that these cupcakes are prepared with the "finest" ingredients available, etc.

Finally we got there and there was a line outside the small store. No chairs or tables to sit down so we have to go to s*tarbucks in order to sit down and enjoy the most expensive cupcakes in town. We ordered a dozen to save some money and we tried different flavors.

They all taste good and nothing extraordinary however I realized how overpriced they are when I started reading the list of the ingridients and I noticed that the main ingredient is bleached and enriched wheat floor. I started feeling guilty after eating sooo much sugar and unhealthy refined flour. In W*hole Food you can find delicious pastry with natural/organic ingredients and you don't have to pay that much.

MY REVIEW: I gave my order, which the order taker repeated--plus the flavors I wanted were printed on the receipt. When I got home, I found that the order was wrong. I called to tell them of this and was promised that I would be sent a certificate via email for two free cupcakes to make up for their mistake. The certificate never arrived. With poor customer service and over three dollars for a tiny cupcake, I don't think I will be returning no matter how good they are!

MY REVIEW: I was so anxious for Sprinkles to open and I was very pleased with it. Opening day crowds were fun to see. The chocolate marshmallow is fabulous! Very moist, not too sweet, the ganache on top was beautiful. The cinammon sugar is my second favorite-YUM!! Cant wait for the some of the upcoming flavors. Looking forward to my next visit.

MY REVIEW: I had heard so much hype about Sprinkles and wanted to check out their cupcakes. The cupcakes are very good. I was disappointed that their new space was so tiny, no room to sit down and enjoy your cupcake, especially since it was so crowded with customers. I live across town and didn't think it was worth driving that far if I can't sit down and enjoy it there. Also, a little pricey for a regular size cupcake.

MY REVIEW: I've had Sprinkles when I was in LA and Dallas. This is awesome to have one here, finally! The cupcake is moist not crumbly or dry, the frosting is not super sweet but also have wonderful balance of taste.

I went during the opening day and line was zig-zagged inside the store that lead to the parking lot. Hopefully, when the hype dies down, I can stroll in for a yummy cupcake at my leisure.
