Pho Bac

MY REVIEW: Good people, Good Food, fast service!!! Try their specials!! very authentic BUN RIEU and BUN BO HUE...Vietnam's regional special dishes. I work close by so I tried them and was very surprised of how good it was.

MY REVIEW: We eat a lot of pho and other Vietnamese food, and despite being Americans, we know it well enough to tell good from bad.

Considering the location, this was decent pho. The meat was ok, the spices and broth were right, and it didn't have MSG as far as we could tell. We also got an appetizer of egg rolls, which were probably frozen store-bought kinds. The service was good and the employees were friendly.

The bottom line is that if you want pho this far west and can't make it into Chinatown, you'll be ok eating this stuff. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was good enough that we will go there again.
