MY REVIEW: I have both eaten at the restaurant and ordered out for deliver, both were excellent. On our first visit to the restaurant, it was a Wednesday around 6 and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised that all the food was great, the service was great, and all the food seemed fresh. We have tried the Orange chicken, Orange beef, General Tso's, and Hunan chicken, all very good. I like that the chicken is large pieces of white meat that is stir fried and not deep fried with a ton of breading. The breading is very light. I like the dinner specials that come with the egg roll and cream cheese roll. The steamed vegetable dumplings are excellent. Will be back often!!

MY REVIEW: Even though the restaurant is new, I have been several times and ordered delivery from Cafe 121 as well. Everything I have tried has been excellent. With the 20% special the prices were right in line with the other restaurants around, but it's totally worth a couple of extra dollars for the cleanliness and freshness offered by Cafe 121. Friendly waitstaff and a clean comfortable restaurant with actual linens on the tables, not paper napkins and plexiglass. Will be a regular!

MY REVIEW: Wow, we were shocked that the food was SO good. This is REALLY good food. Need improvement on their fried rice which was pretty tasteless and not hot but the jumbo pepper shrimp were delicious as was the chicken with jalepenos in black bean sauce. Very surprising that the food was so good. Soup dumplings have great taste but were cooked a tad too long and there was no soup inside. Will definetly return to try other dishes.

MY REVIEW: Food there is excellent. I've gone twice already, and have tried the jalapeno chicken and the general tso's chicken. meat was very tender, and they were able to make it extra spicy for me.

Waiting staff very friendly, and the decor is new, modern, and clean. My favorite place to sit is at the bar, where i can eat, drink, and watch the flat screens. best of all, the food has no msg, yet it is still flavorful. Much recommended.

MY REVIEW: This placed opened, according to their chalkboard August 8 and are running a 20% special due to their grand opening. It's located at Westheimer and Chimney Rock in the same strip center as 24 Hour Fitness. They have about 20-25 items for lunch, with most of what you would normally find on Chinese lunch menu and some you don't necessarily expect like Pineapple Chicken and Mango Chicken. I opted for the General Tso Chicken. You have the option of several soups and get rice and a small egg roll with your meal.

The General Tso chicken had something I had never seen before, but enjoyed. They had jalapeno slices in the sauce along with the fiery red pepper that normally accompanies this dish. The chicken dish was white meat and tasted good. I thought the portion size was reasonable. The waiter checked several times without being annoying and my tea glass was kept filled. I will be returning to try their other dishes.
