MY REVIEW: Worst. Wings. Ever. The onion rings were tossed in flour then fried with no seasoning at all. Wait staff also horrible, took 30 min to sample a flavor of sauce(we were 1 of 3 taken tables). Once we ordered food it took about 30 min even though place was empty. Waiter stopped in the middle of our ordering to chat with a waitress about if she had just woken up. Seriously thought about waiting outside to warn future patrons. Never again. EVER.

MY REVIEW: Just went there yesterday had a great time. Food was good, but the place was off the hook I mean the karaoke was incredible. They had I guess a contest thats going down all next month. The girl behind the bar is really hot. The manager tries to always be helpfull and there for the clients food did take a little while, but i can remember when it took a lot more time i guess they are getting the hang of things and how to run a kitchen. Service is getting better, the servers try to make your stay as happy as posible. The bar was packed, lot of nice people having a good time. Will return as i see future in this place and service is getting to where it needs to be.

MY REVIEW: Wow! Just had lunch there today. Enjoyed the wings very much. I had some naked and some grilled drenched in original sauce. The chicken good quality; meaty, juicy and cooked just right. Waffle fries were good as usual and the ranch - well let's just say there wasn't any left. I LOVE their ranch! The place was clean and the service was great. Really enjoyed my lunch experience. Will go back with my family for dinner sometime soon :)

MY REVIEW: The place is layed out okay. The TVs at the tables are nice for the kids but that is about it. We have gone here several times, and each time is the same. Tonight was our last. It takes for ever to be waited on (busy or slow) then it takes forever to get your food (busy or slow). Everytime something has been left off our order, complete meals. Normally it's my daughters, but tonight it was my sons. Seriously, when you go here do not be in a hurry! The food is okay.

MY REVIEW: Hubby and I were going to the movies, and we decided we would try this place, since it is in the same parking lot. It was previously a B*ennigans.

The Cowboys were playing and there were about 10 other tables. The crowd was rowdy, which is fun. It is a sportsbar, after all.

I ordered the wings, while Hubby ordered a burger. We split the cheese fries. The menu says 5 wings to an order, but the waiter said you get 6 for the same price. I guess they were too cheap to get different menus. I asked about the sauces, and was told they didn't have one of the flavors. They also ran out of handi-wipes.

We ordered at about 7:25pm (I got a phone call right after we ordered) and we didn't get our food until about 7:55pm. When we inquired into our order, the waiter said "We got a huge rush right before you got here." Duh, the Cowboys game just started, perhaps you should expect that kind of rush.

Hubby said his burger was good, but my wings were lukewarm. I guess my food was ready before his, but they had to wait for his burger to cook. They probably dropped a huge number of wings into the fryer at the same time. The cheese fries were EXCELLENT. We fought over them.

Overall, this place is okay. Our waiter was young and inexperienced, but friendly and he tried to be helpful.

MY REVIEW: Front doors are falling apart, what an impression to make on a customer. We visited about 10 times and it was good when the place first opened. But as it got going, service went down. I left a 32 cent tip for the waitress and she came hunting me down in the parking lot and THREW the change in the air. All she did was take our order and we had to beg for our check. We never saw her while we ate. Talked to a manager about it and was assured it would not happen again. Well, next visit my wife ordered beef quesadillas, after 30 mins we continued to wait and finally a manager said it takes time. I asked to a check so I could pay for the iced teas we drank. I told the manager that we will never return and we have not gone back.

MY REVIEW: Unless you are going to order wings, skip the rest of the menu. The chicken fried steak was tough. The mashed potatoes were out of a box and watery. The beef quesadillas were obviously from some sort of kit; not freshly made. It took 45 minutes for dinner for 4 to come out. Not a place for kids because of the other half of the restaurant being a sports bar. Careful when you order wings. Some of the flavors are still spicy when it doesn't seem like they should be. kids ordered garlic parmesan and they had a kick to them.

MY REVIEW: This place is terrible! First, our order took over an hour. Than they messed up the order, so that took another 30 minutes. Our server was rude and pretty didnt care we had been there for a while nor that she messed up our order. We even had to deal with a mad fly that wouldnt leave us alone. He must of liked my wife.

MY REVIEW: The concept of this place is awesome. The t.v. at every booth is an excellent idea. We watch the U.F.C. fights here and it is great. There is a wide variety of foods on their large menu. The wings are not the best that I have ever had but they are good. The many choices for sauces that they offer will keep you comming back for a long time. The wait staff seem to pay close attention to your needs for food and drink. I will keep visiting here every chance that I can.

MY REVIEW: Wow!What a place. It was my first visit to the Wing Factory and it was great. The best part was the television in my booth (out of this world), food was awesome, price was excellent and service was great. I will definitely go back!!!
