MY REVIEW: Stopped by for ice cream after the movie; arrived at 9:45 pm and they were closed; everything put away and lights turned off. Several teenagers there just waiting for 10 pm, so they could lock up, I presume. Very poor business sense.....D*airy Queen received our business, along with many other customers. The sign on the door showed 10 pm as the closing time...to me, they should start cleaning up at 10 pm and take care of customers until that time.

MY REVIEW: Kim's is tasty, and now every Monday night,it is only a dollar per scoop. You can't beat that for homemade ice cream.

MY REVIEW: Went for a second time today in hopes for a better experience than our first. Got to the door to find it was closed. No reason why, just closed. My neighbors mentioned this has happened to them before as well. First visit was dirty, poor service by the hair in my face teenager working behind the counter. Then we had to endure the smooch festival between her and her boyfriend who dropped by to see her. Boo on Kim's Creamery in Tomball.

MY REVIEW: Very good ice cream, cute decor, but expensive and not good service. Took my daughter in for a treat. We rarely go because it is costly. She wanted a waffle cone, but we were told there were none left. I happened to look at another family eating there at the time, and one of the girls had a waffle cone. I remarked to her "Looks like you got the last one." So we got our ice cream and sat at a table to eat it. About 10 minutes later a mom and tot walked in and ordered. By some chance I glanced at the girl walking out with her WAFFLE cone. SO I remarked to the worker, "How did she get a waffle cone if you are out of them?" He says, "Oh turns out we found some in the back." Would have been nice if they had told me. I suspect they did not want to open a new package toward the end of the day, but it was 2 hours before closing time. He made no offer to get us a cone or apologize, so it is obvious they just did not care. Next time I'm going to C*oldstone or M*arble Slab, the ice cream there is just as good.

MY REVIEW: What a friendly atmosphere! I love to take my kids for an ice cream treat after school. I love the Birthday Cake Ice Cream and can't wait to try the Guinness Stout Ice Cream! Kim's Creamery is one of the most unique Ice Cream shoppes around.

MY REVIEW: Really liked this little place the first time I stopped, BUT, my last visit wasn't so great. There was a young man working the counter and he also did not greet anyone who walked in. I ordered 3 ice creams, all with additional items to be mixed in, he stacked them on top of the ice cream and it was literally falling off the sides of the ice cream as we were walking out. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

MY REVIEW: Kim's Ice Cream is AMAZING! And the cool part is, she makes it all herself right in the back of the store. The service is fantastic and my kids eye's bulge out of their heads at the selection of candy and ice cream. We love it.

MY REVIEW: This place is a gem. The owner (Kim) is great. She welcomes Scout meetings in her back room. You can also use the room for parties, etc. The ice cream is very good too! I hope everyone supports Kim. She is doing business the right way.

MY REVIEW: Lovely ice cream parlor and candy shop, with many novel flavors of ice cream. Definitely try some of the flavors before buying - I have never had anything bad, but some flavors were not quite what I expected. Definitely worth a visit, as the ice cream is better than any other premium store in the area.

MY REVIEW: Kim's has wonderful ice cream, and the Coffee drinks are to die for! The store is set up like an old fashioned candy five and dime, with a party room in the back for special occasions. The staff is always friendly and even though they are usually packed with customers, the service is quick with a smile.
