MY REVIEW: This was our first visit though we are very fond of Chinese foods for last over 48 years. In Pakistan we could enjoy every dish without any fear of Halal or Ghair Halal, but in America we had a problem by confining ourselves to seafood only. The food was marvelous, we had never tasted anything like this. We ordered Beef/vegetables, chicken/vegetables, chicken noodles (soft0 and vegetable rice, with one vegetable soup and cold drinks. The quantity was good and very reasonably priced. We would love to visit as often as we can though it is almost 10 miles from our residence, probably 3-4 times/month. We wish it was in south Houston to have roaring business. We will recommend to every one i n our community and our American neighborhood. May ALLAH bless them with success and prosperity.

MY REVIEW: Food is great, however I wish Jamillah will start using Basmati rise instead of thick rice she is cooking.

MY REVIEW: I have tried one Chinese islamic restaurant in Los Angeles and loved it. I immediately search for one in Houston as soon as I am back. I was happy to find Jamillah Garden. I don't know why I have not noticed this restaurant since it is on my way home from work.
I tried beef with green onion, stewed beef home style noodle soup, hot and sour soup and hot braised scallop. They are all very good except the scallop. The sause taste like ketchup.
The restaurant is very nicely decorated and clean. The service is good. Price is reasonable. Menu is very extensive. I will definitely go back and try other dishes.

MY REVIEW: We met some friends on the 'other' side of town for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised that it was an islamic chinese restaurant. The food was great, we sampled the sesame chicken (slightly overcooked), veggie low mein, chicken low mein, shrimp fried rice, s/s chicken, a beef w/peppers dish (forgot the name), shrimp and vegetables, and it was was all delicious!! Loved the Three flavors crispy rice soup, and the eggrolls were hot and crispy! HOT Green Tea was waiting for us as we sat at the table. I will definitely return because I love chinese food and my husband is always skeptical of the ingredients, but here he enjoyed not having to ask exactly what ingredients were in each dish.
Just wish I lived closer.........

MY REVIEW: I think this is the best Chinese food you will find in anywhere in the NW Suburban area. I think to do better you will have to drive all the way to Bellaire Blvd's Chinatown. We had Mongolian Beef, Lamb with Leeks, and Spicy Eggplant with Beef. They were all excellent, the Mongolian Beef was searingly spicy hot in a good way, the Eggplant was tender yet not overdone. The fried rice was not the usual dry, nuked husks, it was moist and flavorful. The chicken corn soup had a subtle flavor. The portions were generous, the lunch special prices were very reasonable, the service attentive. A good experience all the way around. We are abandoning the buffets and coming here from now on.

MY REVIEW: To my utter surprise, the food was exceptionally awesome. Usually the ethnic restaurants are not very clean but this restaurant gave me a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this restaurant to everybody. Don't forget to try their crispy beef.
I wish all the best.

MY REVIEW: This is a new restaurant that replaced The G*rand. We were regulars at The G*rand and hated to see it close, but we have to say we really like the food here too. There is a huge menu and everything we have tried is very fresh. The things we have enjoyed thus far are: sesame chicken, crab wontons, chicken w/ vegetables and shrimp with walnuts.
We have enjoyed trying new things on the menu to find our very favorite at this restaurant. The owner is very friendly and looking to have satified customers. We recommend the food here!

MY REVIEW: This was the first time I had ever been to an Islamic Chinese restaurant.
I had lamb fried rice. It was great and the portion was enough for three people.
The food was much tastier than I had imagined and at a very good price.I am encouraged to go back.
