MY REVIEW: Despite reading poor reviews I decided to try out Red Sushi just to give it a go. I was impressed, the menu is expanding daily and the sushi was right up there with one of my favorites (S*age 400). I'm excited to find a great sushi place close to home. I will definitely be visiting Red Sushi again in the very near future.

MY REVIEW: Boy, I wish I would have read these reviews on my blackberry before wasting my time at this restaurant. They have a good location going for them, but sadly that is all. I am not a sushi connoisseur, but I eat it at least once a month and I know what I like. (I have been admittedly spoiled by J*apon.) For the price, the fish should be, at the very least, fresh. Their sushi menu is limited and almost forces you to eat off the cooked-entree menu. I liked the tempura vegetable hot appetizer, which came out after my sushi entree. Service is moderate. If you do go try this restaurant, I recommend a window seat, so that you have an enjoyable view. Maybe a sake would have warmed me up to the place....

MY REVIEW: Local sushi places can relax, this place offers no competition!
Limited options, since when has chicken been in a sushi roll?
The service is a joke, they should have stayed in Vegas!

MY REVIEW: By far, the worst Sushi restaurant that I have visited in the Houston area. The atmosphere is nice and modern, but the selection, prices, and service are not good. They ran out of rice on our visit, limiting our selection to only sasashimi...they only offer 5 fish for sushi - the others are all eggs, urchans, and octopus. Not a very good selection. We had 3 types of sashimi, one roll, and 2 glasses of sake and paid $80 - which would have left us satisfied at A*zuma or The F*ish in downtown Houston, but not here!!!

MY REVIEW: horrible. bottom line. don't waste your time or money. what kind of "sushi" restaurant has 9 rolls to chose from? and all very basic...spicy tuna, philly, etc. i will never pay $8.95 for a philly roll again when its only worth $4.
