Texas Seafood Restaurant

MY REVIEW: Good food at a good price. Ate there for the first time today for lunch. Not many people there, one of those quiet kept secrets. The waitress was very nice and polite, paid attention to her customers. I would definitely eat here again.

MY REVIEW: This was my 3rd visit to Texas Seafood Restaurant and now I can say with confidence that this place is consistently good. The fried seafood is delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. If you're in the mood for seafood on the East side of town, I highly suggest you skip the high prices at P*appas and opt for value at Texas Seafood instead.

MY REVIEW: This place is awesome! The shrimp sandwich has so many delicately fried, tasty shrimp in it that you have to eat half of them before you can begin to eat the sandwich. I have tried their seafood grilled, blackened and fried, and can't decide which I like best. The grilled vegetables are outstanding. They are a relatively new restaurant, very reasonably priced, and a very well kept secret so far. I stop in every time I am on that side of town.

Lunch specials mon- sunday till 4pm
tasty gumbo, delicious fried catfish( all kinds of fish mahi mahi, salmon, red fish, red snapper, flounder, tilapia, shrimp. Combo dinners are a great value.
Service is attentive and friendly. They have grilled menu items as well for those not into battered items. They even serve steak and lobster and currently have crawfish at 3.99 a lb for 2 or more lbs. Seating is good they have booths and tables for small or large groups. A few flat screen tv's showing sports or news. The fries and baked potato are the best sides I have tried so far. Go and see for yourself! Happy dining!
