Post Oak Grill - Sugar Land

MY REVIEW: This restaurant is the charm of Sugar Land. We took a group of 6 for dinner and it was the best in Sugar Land. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the new location has outdoor seating overlooking the lake, a bar with live entertainment, a beautifully stocked wine room, private party rooms, excellent service and fantastic food and best of all we found Bruno, the best reatuarant manager in the state. Need we say more? No, we'll be back again and again.

MY REVIEW: It's so nice to have a restaurant worth going to within 15 minutes of our home in Missouri City. This place has it all: cozy and inviting ambience with plenty of parking available, tender steaks, unique appetizers and crisp salads and service that is professional yet friendly. We always sit at the bar and Matt takes great care of us. Kevin's wine knowledge and professionalism paired with Sharee's (sorry if I misspelled that) warmth and friendliness both add to the dining experience. The cajun ribeye, calamari and caesar salads are all great items to try out. If you like margatitas, Matt makes one that knocks your socks off. Great job Rios family, keep up the good work and we can't wait to get time to come back.

MY REVIEW: My family's new favorite area restaurant! Excellent food & attentive service. Cozy ambiance. Don't miss the shrimp+calamari or the empanada appetizers. They also know how to prepare crisp-tender vegetables with perfect seasoning. We are not drinkers, so have not tried the wine list......have heard that it is very good, though. Kudos POG!

MY REVIEW: my family decided to try this place out and let me tell you it was awesome i just ordered black bean soup which was just ok didnt have much flavor but i also ordered the house salad. It was amazing with these homemade goat cheese croutons. my mom had a chicken salad sandwich and loved it. we tried three desserts: creme brulee, bread pudding, and chocolate cake. All were amazing. It is nice to have a small upscale restaurant feeling with reasonable prices. the staff members were wonderful. i would definately recommend it

MY REVIEW: My wife and I stopped in last week to the New Post Oak Grill on Hwy 6 because our neighbors raved about it. They where not wrong!! My wife had the mixed grill with duck, lamb chops and a filet and was absolutly perfect and I had the three peppercorn fillet which was tender and cooked just the way I asked for. Service was great with the owners going around to see how every table was doing . The wine selection they had was really nice including the prices.

MY REVIEW: Fabulous meal -- exquisite filet and heavenly desserts. Nothing "usual" here. There was obviously "one happy family" attending to our every need. The Missouri City/Sugar Land area has needed this for a long time.
