Excellent location, only a block away from the ballpark on Texas Avenue, the restaurant serves all types of burgers and sandwiches. A clean, non-smoking, non-alcoholic, restaurant for families that intend to enjoy an affordable meal before rooting on their Astros to victory. Expect great value and large portions when you dine at Bells & Whistles. I highly recommend the vegetable combo which is approximately $6 where you can choose 3 items from the following list: (baked potato, twice-baked potato, macaroni & cheese, grilled vegetables, french fries, fried okra, and etc). A wheat roll or cornbread is also included with the meal. Also, quick service if you are in a rush to attend the game...but be sure to inform them.
