The staff was very friendly and attentive, although it has a sophisticated ambiance it was not at all a pompous place and just plain cozy. I went during the happy hour so it was not crowded but I can imagine at night and on the weekends there would be a wait. I didn't try any meals because I am vegetarian but their hummus was just amazing. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a little elegance in Sugar Land or wants a decent drink and does not want to be asphyxiated by smoke. Highly recommended! Great selection of martinis at reasonable prices for premium vodkas/gins. Generally, nicely dressed "beautiful people"! The talented piano-man, Hank, played groovin' tunes that made you want to dance, but you could still carry on a conversation. Not your regular "dime-a-dozen" jazz trio. I'm not sure how the food is, as we ate before hand at P*erry's, but I saw some come out and it looked wonderful. The drinks are moderately priced, but made well...and they have an outstanding selection. For only being open a couple of weeks, they seemed to have their stuff in order. The one downside is the outside area - I think there were only two small bartop tables, which is a shame. My friend and I spoke with the owner and I beleive he mentioned that they were looking to expand it a bit, but I wouldn't count on it. I'll definitely go back...just maybe not on a Saturday night. Surprised at how affordable an upscale establishment could be. Everyone was dressed appropriately, behaved and still knew how to have fun. Indoor-Outdoor, art and decor is too good. Congrats to the owner for bringing something this perfect to Sugarland, Tx. We have all been waiting.
